Our pulled beef is slowly smoked over hickory logs for 8 hours, then pulled and cooked sous vide until it's tender enough to melt in your mouth. We use rounds, short ribs and brisket to create a flavorful mix of cuts. This product is not sauced, and seasoned with our very own grill salt.
